Exchange of experiences and best practices
Soon you will find in this section information related to the exchange of knowledge and know-how between medical systems and traditional health models of indigenous, Afro-descendant, Roma and other ethnic populations and information related to the exchange of experiences and good practices between health institutions and these populations in health initiatives and strategies with an intercultural approach, intercultural health models, intercultural adaptations, among others, that have been successful in providing culturally appropriate care to these populations, reducing health risks and increasing their quality of life, as well as improving access to and quality of health services; also, that have included therapeutic practices from traditional medicines, have been incorporated into national, regional or local health systems as efficient and effective practices, and that can be adapted or adapted and serve as a guide for their application in other countries of the region.
